Supplemental Service Agreement Terms
These Supplemental Service Agreement Terms (“Supplemental Terms”) apply to Southern Pro Fence & Gate, LLC (“Company”) and are incorporated by reference into the Company’s service agreements as described below.
Incorporation by Reference
These Supplemental Terms are incorporated by reference into all service agreements entered into by Company. By signing any service agreement with Company, the customer (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees that:
- Customer has accessed, reviewed, and had the opportunity to download, save, or print these Supplemental Terms at www.southernprofence.com/terms.
- These Supplemental Terms are incorporated into and made part of the signed service agreement as if fully set forth therein.
- Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Supplemental Terms.
Order of Precedence
If there is any conflict between the signed hard-copy service agreement and these Supplemental Terms, the signed hard-copy service agreement controls unless the agreement expressly states otherwise in writing.
Scope
These Supplemental Terms apply to services provided by Company unless specifically modified in a written agreement signed by both Customer and Company.
Effective Date
These Supplemental Terms are effective as of January 15, 2026. The version in effect on the date Customer signs a service agreement will apply to that agreement.
